The Berkeley Startup Cluster has tons of office space for technology-oriented startups and tech-oriented established companies, investors and entrepreneurs. Options range from incubators with shared facilities and services (i.e. Sandbox Suites - Berkeley, Hub Berkeley, and the Berkeley Skydeck), to small offices in funky buildings, to large office areas in Class A buildings.

For startups spinning out of the Campus and Lab, locating their company in the Berkeley Startup Cluster -- walking distance to campus -- enables founders and employees to:

• Readily continue collaborations with Campus or Lab colleagues (including collaborations funded by the US government's STTR and SBIR programs);
• Easily continue to use the unique publicly-accessible technology development facilities at the Campus and Lab;
